Former Founder/CEO of Copperfire Software Solutions Inc. and Co-Founder of Skill City Games Inc., Scott is a serial entrepreneur that has started up 3 successful ventures over the last 10 years. Copperfire Software Solutions Inc. was sold for a 30X ROI within 3 years of initial start-up, Skill City Games Inc. within 2 years. blurbIQ is the latest venture that is turning the interactive advertising video space on its heels. Scott has over 10 years of product management, business development, and marketing experience. He is also a former police and firefighter for the cities of Monterey and Sunnyvale, where he served for 8 years on the police and fire forces. He earned his B.S. in Criminology/Sociology from San Jose State University, where he was on the Big West All Academic Team, was Nominated for Academic All American, and was a Scholarship Athlete (Football).
Drew has over 10 years of experience in the software industry. Most recently he worked at K2 Network leading a team building server components for massively multi-player online games. Prior to that, he was CTO and Co-Founder of Skill City Games, an online, community-oriented casual games site, which he helped run for 2 years until its eventual acquisition by K2. Before Skill City Games, he worked as an entrepreneur in the public safety industry providing large scale record management and report writing solutions. Drew holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.
Matt has been a leader in the digital technology space for the past 20 years. Over the past 4 years Matt was President of MyPoints.com, a leading online loyalty program and subsidiary of United Online. He moved to that role after serving as Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of United Online. Before joining United Online in 2005, Matt served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Tivo. Matt was also Chief Marketing Officer at Herbalife International, now a $4 billion nutrition products company. Starting in 1994 Matt spent 9 years in marketing leadership positions at Nokia and eventually became the top marketing executive for North and South America in the mobile phone division and ran global marketing for Nokia Networks. At Nokia, he was a key executive in the marketing team that helped Nokia grow from having single-digit market share to being the most considered and preferred brand in the category. Prior to Nokia, Matt held marketing positions for wireless companies that included Metrocel Cellular Telephone (now part of AT&T Wireless), NEC, and GTE (now Verizon).
Matt was named one of the 'Top 100 Marketers of 1999' by Advertising Age and 'Grand Marketer of the Year, 2000' by Brandweek. In 2001 Matt was awarded the Gold Effie Award for Advertising Effectiveness. Matt is a Henry Crown Fellow, Class of 2002, as part of the Aspen Institute's Henry Crown Fellowship Program. Mr. Wisk received his BA and MBA from Michigan State University.
Kim brings to blurbIQ over 17 years of operational experience in the financial services industry. Kim is Vice President of Risk and Control at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management where she is responsible for risk management and regulatory reporting on behalf of Merrill Lynch Investment Solutions & Client Onboarding Services. Prior to this role she was Vice President of Asset Transition Services where she was responsible for the transfer of client account assets into and out of Merrill Lynch managing the movement of billions of dollars annually. Kim has also held management positions within Merrill Lynch's Insurance Operations organization and served as an Assistant Vice President of Project Management revolutionizing annuity trading processing across Wall Street. She has served on industry working groups including the NSCC ACATS/Insurance Processing Business Advisory Group and the Customer Account Transfer Division Process & Service Improvement Subcommittee. Previously Kim spent 5 years with New York Life Asset Management holding sales, marketing, project management and underwriting roles in the 401k group annuity marketplace.
Kim graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors of Science in Finance and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of North Florida. She is active in her community and serves on the board of the Junior League of Jacksonville. Kim is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and holds her Series 7, 6, 63 and 26 FINRA licenses.
Dan Stubbs brings over 20 years of experience in finance and business development. Dan is Director of Business Development at Johnson & Johnson, where he has spent the last 13 years doing mergers and acquisitions, licensing and strategic partnerships in the medical device space. Previously, Dan spent 7 years engaged in private equity and debt investing with Prudential Investment Corporation and Osterweis Capital Management. He was also a member of the founding management team of RadioMail Corporation, a Motorola-backed wireless messaging venture. Dan is a graduate of Harvard Business School (MBA) and the Georgia Institute of Technology (BS).
Todd brings to blurbIQ over 12 years of experience practicing law in Los Angeles for some of the world's largest and most respected law firms. He joined his present firm, Hilborne Hawkin & Co., an international IP law firm, as a partner in 2007 and is now the firm's Managing Partner. Prior to joining Hilborne, he practiced for several years at the law firm of White & Case LLP in its Los Angeles office, where his practice focused on complex commercial matters and intellectual property disputes involving copyright, trademark and e-commerce. Todd has represented some of the world's largest multi-national companies in domestic and global matters and oversees Hilborne's worldwide intellectual property practice.
Todd graduated from the University of Southern California School of Law in 1998 and is a member of the California State Bar. He is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, the Southern, Central and Northern Federal District Courts, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal. He is also a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), the Association of European Trademark Owners (Marques), and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers (ABTL).

Heading up All Things Rich Media as VP, Innovation for Mojiva, Jack travels the globe offering best practices and creative solutions for mobile advertisers. He launched Mojiva’s Mobile Creative Alliance, an influential consortium of mobile creative and technology providers helping advance Mobile Rich Media.
Through his consultancy Tap Mobile, Jack was instrumental in launching start-up social news platform Blancspot. His marketing insights and savvy helped earn Blancspot App of the Week and a #2 Ranking behind CNN on Apple iTunes Store. He has offered critical guidance and launch strategies for emerging digital platforms including QR Code Innovator JagTag, Travel App MondoWindow, Social App Get Me Rated, Music Fan App New York Rock Exchange, and Best Buy-backed consumer tech advisory App Tecca.
In 2005 Jack helped launch the first mobile television ad platform as VP, Advertising for MobiTV. Spearheading new product and technology innovations, team building, and partnerships, Jack steered major brands into mobile, including BMW, AXE, Jeep, Intel, Anheuser-Busch, HP, Visa USA, Daimler-Chrysler, Navy, and Nikon.
Jack is a recognized expert in cross-platform integration from years working with brand owners and agencies, including industry leaders Chiat/Day, AKQA, Sports Illustrated, Men’s Health and Young & Rubicam. During this time, Jack was responsible for over $200 million in advertising campaigns.
Winner of MEDIAWEEK’s "Best Use of Mobile" for Lion's Gate Films, Jack was also 2008 “Mobile Ambassador of the Year” at the MEA “Best of Mobile Entertainment” Awards. He holds a 2009 Emmy Award for Innovation: Mobile TV Interactive Advertising.
Acknowledged for contributions to mobile marketing, Jack was elected to the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) Board of Directors in2006, and Chaired MMA Mobile Television and Video Committee for three years. He sits on Advisory Boards for emerging apps and services including JAGTAG, MobiTV, Tecca, MondoWindow, Brand Anywhere, Huddle, NY Rock Exchange, and Underground Labs.
A prolific speaker, Jack has keynoted or participated on panels at notable industry events, including: AAAA’s, ANA and iMedia Summit, Chicago Advertising Association, Digital Hollywood, MediaVest Emerging Media Conference, AdTech, NAB, NATPE and CTIA.
